To make a withdrawal please email devilscook@gmail.com with your request. Include your account nickname, the amount, and the account details you would like the funds withdrawing too. For bank wire withdrawals, please include all necessary bank details including the bank/branch name + address.

You will receive a reply to your request within 24hours with confirmation of your request along with any other news/information. (Once completed; another confirmation email will be sent to you).

Withdrawal times vary; dependent upon the time it takes the fund your desired payment method.
(e-currency withdrawals are usually paid within a matter of hours; but if it is necessary to inexchange funds from our bank account first- then that can take a few days; depending upon market conditions)
Bank wires usually take 3-5days to arrive & clear in your account once sent.

Withdrawal fees are explained below:

There is a 1% admin fee deducted from each withdrawal (min $5). Then... you only pay the actual cost of sending the money too you. The approximate costs for each method are shown below: UK Bank Wire: Free Bank Wire (international): $40/$50 Foreign Draft/Check (in your local currency): <$50 (takes a while!) E-Currencies: 3.00% Paypal: With 7-9day bankwire funding delay: Free; Otherwise there is a 3.40%+£0.20 debit card funding fee. Western Union: $25 + any WU fees.

Withdrawals are paid back to the account originally deposited from.
If for any reason that isn't possible; arrangements will be made for an alternative payment method.
If you withdraw to a method other than the one you originally deposited from; certain documentation
(proof of address & ID) will be required to comply with international money laundering regulations.
